Terms of Service

1. The Service

VidHaloanalyzes publicly available YouTube videos for a search term and produces research and briefs to help you plan content, and lets you translate and publish your own videos' titles and descriptions to your connected channel. Insights are based on public data and proxy signals; we do not guarantee any particular ranking, views, or results.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We email a reminder before the first charge.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Fees may change on notice, effective at your next renewal.
• Plans include usage allowances and fair-use limits as described on our pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Resell or redistribute the Service, or share your account, without our permission.
• Misuse connected-channel access to publish content you are not authorized to publish.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including YouTube API Services. By using the Service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or terms may change.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by VidHalo and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of your own content and the outputs you generate for your channel; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight will lead to a specific outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidHalo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
